Our unique combination of supporting your internal and external world will take you to a place of healing you have unlikely experiences. Firstly we with the land that holds you to clear and calibrate. You will feel the element of peace and connection that you have been missing. We then work with your body to clear trauma, stress, chemical overload, physical ailments and bring your body back to a place of balance and coherence.

Your home is more than the walls around you. It is the environment you return to, rest in, live within and share with the people you love.
Home Coherence explores the unseen influences within and beneath a property that may be contributing to a sense of heaviness, unrest or disconnection in the home.
This work considers the energetic character of the land, the history held within a property and environmental influences such as underground water, stagnant areas, energetic pathways and other disruptions within the space.
Through a remote coherence process, I work with the home and land to identify and address what may be out of alignment, creating a clearer, more settled energetic environment.
The intention is simple: to create a home that feels more supportive, settled and coherent — a place where you can breathe, rest and feel more at home.

Go beyond the depth of your routine massage and undergo a recalibration of the nervous system, we focus on releasing trauma stagnant and stored in your body and also include quantum work for hard to shift stagnant blockages (physical, emotional and chemical).
The body has its own patterns of holding, adapting and responding.
Body Coherence is gentle, intuitive work that brings attention to the places where the body may be carrying tension, protection, disconnection or old patterns.
Rather than forcing change, the work creates space for the body to reorganise itself.
It is less about fixing you —and more about helping you return to yourself.

The Body Work Collection offers ten sessions to progressively explore the patterns, tension, emotions and experiences the body may have accumulated throughout a lifetime. Rather than trying to change everything in one session, we allow the work to unfold over time — creating space to notice what the body is holding, work with what is ready to move, and support a deeper relationship with yourself.
This is intensive work for those who feel ready to go beyond a single session and genuinely explore what lies beneath the surface.

Some things need time before they are ready to be released.
Heart Held begins with three body work sessions designed to support, prepare and create space within the body before moving into a much deeper emotional release. The Heart Held session is an extended, deeply held experience where you are given the time and safety to meet what has been carried within the heart — whether that is grief, heartbreak, trauma, loss, vulnerability or something that simply hasn’t had the space to be expressed.
There is nothing you need to force or perform. You are held while your body finds its own way through.
